In spring,
the sugar shack takes over.

During sugar season, the menu transforms: pork rinds ("oreilles de crisse"), baked beans, ham, maple sausage, omelette, tourtière turnovers, mini maple ribs, crêpes with maple coulis, sugar pie, and more. Reservations recommended at 450 347-9184.
